My name is Chelsey Johnson and I am very excited for this school year! I am originally from Hayfield, MN and went to Winona State University. I graduated from WSU with a Bachelors Degree in Special Education: teaching students grades K-12 with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities and Specific Learning Disabilities. I completed my student teaching in the area of Developmental Disabilities at Dover-Eyota Elementary. I have spent the past 5 years teaching in Stewartville. During my 5 years at Stewartville, I taught students in grades 4-8 with various disabilities. In 2014, I completed my Autism Spectrum Disorders teaching license from Hamline University. I was then the licensed Autism teacher for the district. I live in the Dover-Eyota school district with my husband Cameron and our two year old son Carsen. I love being outdoors and watching sports! Go Eagles!
