The City of Eyota is now offering a bicycle licensing program to help in the recovery of lost or stolen bicycles. Each year numerous bicycles are recovered by the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, which are unable to be returned to their owners because we lack the information to properly identify the bike. Help prevent this from happening to you by licensing your bike with the City of Eyota. Simply stop in at the Eyota City Hall or have your son or daughter see Deputy Peterson at the Dover/Eyota High School for an application. Once you have completed the application you will receive a Bike License identification tag to place on your bike. This is a great way to help see your lost or stolen bicycle returned, and it is a free service provided by the City of Eyota. |
