Thank you for visiting Dover-Eyota Elementary School’s website.  We hope you enjoy your visit.   We are very proud of our school!  Our school is located in a beautiful rural area within a very supportive community.  Our elementary school houses  over 500 eager to learn kindergarten through fifth grade students.   It is important to us that parents, teachers and students work closely together to foster student learning.

This year we have four sections grades K, 1, 2 & 4 and 3 sections in grades 3 & 5 with class sizes ranging from 17 to 26 students.  In addition to classroom instruction, we provide music, art and physical education throughout the year to students.  We have a variety of special education teachers trained to provide specialized instruction to students with special needs.  We also are fortunate to have a part-time social worker, a part-time school psychologist as well as a school based mental health therapist to help us meet the unique needs of children and families.  Our nurse’s office is staffed full time at the elementary school with a nurse who nurtures and cares for all the children when they aren’t feeling well or have an injury.

If you have questions for the elementary office, please call (507)545-2632 or 1-888-273-0189.
