Dover-Eyota Eagles Foundation Specialty Auction
2023 Specialty Auction is March 11th, 2023 at the Eyota American Legion
The Dover-Eyota Eagles Foundation will be hosting the DE Eagles Foundation Specialty Auction on Saturday March 11, 2023. We are looking for items for both the live and silent auctions. The money raised will be used to assist with capital projects towards the improvement of athletic facilities (possibilities such as entryway, restroom facilities, etc.), promoting school spirit in the community, and healthy living. The foundation has also set up a bi-annual grant program for Dover-Eyota organizations to submit requests for funds. In the last few years we provided grant funds in support of DE Baseball, DE Basketball, Post Prom, Youth Soccer, DE Peer Helpers, and DE HS Model UN. We are eager to assist our youth and community.
Examples of items to be auctioned off include prepared dinners, Gopher Football Tickets, dessert of the month, quarter of beef or pork, babysitting, custom bean bag boards, vacation getaways, basket of items, or whatever you think your specialty might be.
Please fill out the form linked below and return it by February 20th or as soon as you can, if you are willing to donate items or your services. If you are unable to donate, please consider attending the auction and bidding on the items being donated by other members of the community. It will be a great night of food, fun, and socializing.
Upon receiving the form, you will be contacted by the committee to verify your donation.
